Our Essential Room Refresh E-design package is perfect for you! Here’s what you get:
- Personalized Design Concept: We create a design tailored to your style and preferences, ensuring it’s exactly what you’re looking for.
- Detailed Floor Plan: We provide a layout for your furniture that maximizes space and functionality.
- One Round of Revisions: We offer one round of adjustments to make sure everything is just right.
Important Notes
- Timeline: The design process typically takes 2-3 weeks after you submit the necessary requirements.
- Pricing: Prices are per room. Open-concept spaces and dining/living room areas are priced separately.
- Scope: Services are for existing rooms only and do not include structural changes such as removing walls.
- Construction: These designs are not working construction drawings and must not be used during construction. Always consult with a contractor to ensure everything will fit properly.
- Exclusions: Kitchen and bathroom designs are excluded from our services.
- Service Area: Prices are quoted in CAD, but we service clients across Canada and the US.
How It Works
STEP 1: DISCOVERY PHASE:
Review and accept the letter of agreement.
STEP 2: CLIENT INTAKE PHASE:
Fill in the design questionnaire and upload rough sketches with measurements, photos, inspirational images, and photos and measurements of the furniture you want to keep.
STEP 3: THE IMPLEMENTATION PHASE:
We create a Design Board filled with product ideas for the design within 5 to 7 business days of receiving the project information (for one-room projects; add extra time for multiple rooms). We’ll then discuss your likes and dislikes of each piece on the Design Board. We offer up to 3 options per item; additional options are charged at the designer’s hourly rate.
STEP 4: FINAL PACKAGE DELIVERY:
Once you love all the items and are happy with the room layout, we create the final design package with the final Design Board, setup instructions, and a shopping list. Purchase items from the shopping list and arrange all the items to create the beautiful space you’ve always wanted.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Room Redesigned?
Our turnaround time after we receive the filled-in questionnaire and required details to the point of final presentation is typically 2 to 3 weeks.
Can I Make Changes To My Floor Plan In The Design Package?
After you select the plan in your package, we offer one revision (up to 2 changes in layout only). Any further revisions or complete redesigns are billed at an hourly rate of $70/hour.
Can Some Of My Existing Furniture Pieces Be Incorporated Into The Design Plan?
Absolutely! Please provide measurements and photos of each piece of furniture you’d like to incorporate into the space.
Do You Order The Items Needed For My Virtual Design Package?
Unfortunately not. For virtual design services, we give you all of the direction and resources you need to complete your room. You’ll be able to purchase everything in the design at your own pace.
What If An Item You Recommended Is No Longer Available?
Sometimes items get discontinued, and we would hate to disappoint! If an item we recommended is no longer available, we would be happy to specify a replacement piece within 30 days of the delivery of your design plan.
What Locations Do You Offer Virtual Design Services To?
Our online virtual design services are offered throughout the United States and Canada. At this time we do not offer online services elsewhere.
